THERE IS TOTALLY MEANING.
The meaning is the following:
In a bubble, you alone and secluded. You are your own self. And no matter how caotic life may be, you are always your own self.
In other words, this drawing is a metaphor that I have made up by just plain observing. Note he's happy.. he's alone, happy, and has no rush about him.
I actually kinda like this...
